Hari ini adalah hari ke 2 bulan Ramadhan, nah bagai mana ibadah puasa anda di hari pertama? Pada bulan Ramadhan ini banyak diantara kita sewaktu berbuka puasa tak lengkap rasanya kalau tidak ada menu kolak. Hmm.. anda tahu dengan Kolak Biji Salak? Pernah dengar? Emang biji salak bisa di kolak gitu? Sebenarnya saya juga baru dengar nih nama ada Kolak Biji Salak, langsung saja terbayang di pikiran ini, beberapa biji salak warna hitam keras yang diberi kuah santan? Jiahahaha... Ternyata oh ternyata setelah sana sini, rupanya Kolak Biji Salak itu seperti itu yah? Bingung? Ok deh langsung aja simak Resep Kolak Biji Salak berikut ini, kalau sudah tahu resepnya tentu tidak bertanya-tanya seperti apa sih kalau biji salak di kolak... Xixixixi..

Resep Kolak Biji Salak

Bahan-Bahan :
- 500 gr ubi merah
- 200 gr tepung tapioka
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 1 lbr daun pandan
- 250 gr gula merah
- 3 sdm gula pasir
- 1 ltr air

Kuah Santan :
- 300 ml santan kental
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 1 lbr daun pandan

Cara Membuat :
1. Kupas ubi, potong-potong dan kukus sampai matang. Haluskan ubi selagi panas.
2. Masukkan tepung tapioka dan garam sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni.
3. Bentuk bulat-bulat sesuai selera.
4. Sementara itu masak air hingga panas lalu cemplungkan biji salaknya. Masak hingga biji
salaknya mengembang dan angkat.
5. Masak 1 ltr air, gula merah, gula pasir, dan daun pandan hingga masak lalu masukkan biji
salak yang sudah matang tadi.
6. Hidangkan dalam mangkuk saji dan tambahkan santan.

Kuah Santan :
Masak santan bersama garam dan daun pandan sambil diaduk, jaga agar santan tidak pecah. Angkat dan dinginkan.

Nah.. sekarang sudah tahu kan seperti apa Kolak Biji Salak Itu.. Ternyata bukan biji salak yang di kolak tapi ubi, namun bentuknya saja seperti biji salak setelah di kolak, makanya menjadi Kolak Biji Salak, nah mari masak kolak biji salak untuk menu bebuka puasa nantinya :)

Bulan penuh ampunan "Ramadhan" telah tiba, nanti subuh seperti biasa pada bulan Ramadhan yang telah kita lalui untuk mempersiapkan ibadah puasa yang tak bisa ku lewatkan adalah makan sahur, nah saya agak bingung nih untuk menu sahur di hari pertama menjalankan ibadah puasa. Maklum bujangan yang tinggal sendiri di rumah kontrakan, tidak ada yang bangunin sahur, tidak ada yang masakin untuk makan sahur, apalagi untuk mempersiapkan menu sahur apa yang sehat dan manfaat.

Jam kerja yang waktunya selalu berubah tentu saja agak sulit menentukan menu sahur apa untuk dilahap supaya tubuh ini tetap bugar selama menjalankan ibadah puasa. Tak habis pikir, menu sahur praktis hal itu lah yang terlintas dalam pikiran saya. Tapi apakah menus sahur praktis ini sehat? Addoh.. susah juga yah kalau tidak ada "orang rumah" yang menyiapkan makan sahur. Sepertinya harus cari pendampng hidup nih.. :D Namun untuk itu saya belum siap, yah akhirnya masak-masak sendiri, makan-makan sendiri, jiahahaha.. macam lagu Dangdut aja "bagaikan angka satu"

Namun jangan khawatir itulah gunanya internet ini, tinggal search aja di mesin pencari seperti Google, ketikkan apa yang mau kita cari, contohnya pada saat ini adalah yang kita butuhkan adalah menu sahur, menu sahur sehat atau menu sahur praktis dan nantinya tuing-tuing ketemu deh..
